Storyline
Kunsel is a teenage kleptomaniac who spends her days secretly observing her neighbors in the adjacent apartments. Her world changes dramatically when a new girl, Passang, moves in, compelling Kunsel to confront the hidden truths and vulnerabilities within her community. Emotional, cinematic, and rooted in character, 100 Sunset takes inspiration from the Toronto neighbourhood of Parkdale. Our working approach with actors and non-actors in this film will be one of experimentation, exchange,and collaboration. The project is supported by Telefilm Canada and Canada Council for the Arts.
