Storyline
Billy is a lonely serial killer with a voice in his head, a supernatural power to divine the evils of those he meets, and a unique MO: every Holiday season he dresses up as Santa to punish the wicked. ...When the wind blows him to another small town, he meets Pamela, a true crime fan with an anger problem. Pamela leads Billy to discover he wants more from life than killing people in a Santa suit.
