Storyline
Footnotes follows Naomi and Peter, a “couple” caught in the blurred lines of a modern situationship that has gone on too long without definition. Over the course of one emotionally charged evening, interwoven with tender flashbacks of their beginnings, Naomi confronts the growing disconnect between what they share and what it actually means. As affection, habit, and unspoken expectations collide, the film explores the cost of ambiguity, the weight of emotional responsibility, and the painful clarity that comes with finally asking for the truth.
Roles
| Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
| Lead | Naomi | Female 22 - 25 Years old |
Description Naomi is vibrant, magnetic, and effortlessly charming—the kind of person who lights up a room without trying. She’s fun, extroverted, and easy to get along with, often the life of the party, but beneath that ease is a deeply thoughtful and emotionally perceptive woman.
| Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
| Lead | Peter | Male 24 - 27 Years old |
Description Peter is charming, intelligent, and quietly disarming. New to the city, he carries a sense of openness and curiosity that makes him easy to connect with—thoughtful in conversation, playful in moments, and emotionally present in ways that feel real. He isn’t intentionally careless, but he’s unanchored; he values his independence and the freedom of his current life, often avoiding difficult truths rather than confronting them directly.
