We can accept union and non-union actors through our student agreement with ACTRA.

Storyline
Pérdida is a coming-of-age drama about Valentina, a first-generation Hispanic teen caught between two worlds, her Canadian upbringing and her cultural roots. As she prepares to leave home for university, her strained relationship with her hardworking single mother, Isabel, reaches a breaking point. When Valentina’s beloved Abuela Carmen falls ill, she is forced to confront her growing distance from her family and heritage. Through moments of tension, reflection, and rediscovery, Valentina learns to reconnect with her mother and embrace the parts of herself she once tried to leave behind.
In essence, Perdida is a tender exploration of identity, generational sacrifice, and the bonds that hold families together even as they change.
