- MUST BE A MANITOBA RESIDENT THAT LIVES IN MANITOBA, FILES TAXES IN MANITOBA AND HAS AN ADDRESS IN MANITOBA.
- These are both large speaking roles and anybody submitting must be very comfortable with memorizing lines, acting & filming 2 short films in one day.
