Storyline
Cliff is an eccentric, young man living in the town of Mooncrest, New Mexico. He’s pining after an ex and tumbling in-and-out of awkward romances with both men and women. His life is shaken by the unexpected arrival of his estranged birth mother, Marg, a steely, misfit who reminds him of himself. As Marg awkwardly inserts herself into his life, she brings with her, a range of dangerous and unanticipated consequences, sending Cliff on a wild misadventure he never saw coming. A loving tribute to toxic relationships and the misguided search for love that fuels them, Lunar Sway is darkly comedic character study about offbeat misfits in search of love in all the wrong places, set against the moody backdrop of a fictional town of Mooncrest, New Mexico. From the creative team and crew of the new feature film "The Legacy of Cloudy Falls" which is getting a theatrical release across Canada in 2024 and received funding from Telefilm.
