The CFC’s “In Character” Productions are original, character driven 2-hander scenes, written by the writers and directed by the directors in the Norman Jewison Film Program. These are intended to further our filmmakers appreciation of character work, and deepen the director’s work with actors within a very contained on-set exercise. Actors involved in these productions will have the opportunity to work with 2 different directors as they direct them in the same scene.
We are committed to diverse, inclusive casting. For every role, please submit qualified performers, without regard to disability, race, age, color, national origin, ethnic origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other basis prohibited by law.
BRETT CARON
(He/Him)
Since 2009, Brett Caron has worked in a wide range of writing roles: comedy articles, sci-fi eBooks, tabletop game design – all leading him inexorably to screenwriting. His first feature film, Escalation, is set for a 2022 release. When not securely manacled to his keyboard, Brett is a rabid supporter of Toronto rep cinemas like the Revue and the Fox.
