Rates:Patients: $500 / 10 hr day, 1/2 day rate for tech scout / fitting (assuming we are tech scouting at their house)
Buyout: $2,000 for 1 year: North America / TV, Cable, Digital (with archival rights for digital). These rates are inclusive of all edits, versions. Option to renew at same rate + 10%.
Supporting talent (real family & friends of patients featured): $400 / 10 hours flat rate (includes unlimited usage)
All rates + 20% if the talent has an agent (not applicable with no agent)

These spots will feature 3 real patients who have had robot assisted bariatric surgery. They would share their weight loss journey, and how their life has changed since having the surgery. Local talent could be filmed in their familiar locations, participating in their favorite hobbies and pastimes, with their friends and loved ones.

Description Casting real patients who have undergone robot-assisted bariatric surgery (could be sleeve or roux-en-y gastric bypass). Patients would be asked to share their weight loss journey, how they came to the decision to undergo surgery, and how their life has changed since the procedure. Patients will be filmed participating in their favorite pastimes, with their friends and loved ones. If talent local to Austin were selected, there is a possibility that they would want to film in their home or in locations that have meaning to them. NOTE: We are only looking for real patients - we are not looking for actors to portray patients. | ||
