Rates:*There is a possibility that stills could be used in moving video, so all talent must be non union.
TALENT PAYMENT
Session Fee: $500 + 20% agent
Fitting: $350 + 20% Agent
Buyout: $4000 + 20% Agent
Exclusivity: $5000 + 20% Agent
***Talent Release Note: There is language on the release allowing them to alter body composition. Wording is phrased as such: “Use: Producer, at its sole discretion, may elect to produce and publicly exhibit, perform, exploit, reproduce, modify body shape/composition, distribute, and otherwise use (collectively, “Use”) the Materials in which Performer is an On-Camera Performer, in accordance with the Performer’s Agreement."
Usage:
*All advertising including but not limited to, print, digital, social, event/industrial and any new media that should become available during the term.
*Excluding broadcast.
*Use is for all images captured or derivatives of.
*Archival use, limited to social media that is no longer publicized, internal use (sales meetings), PR & award shows (agency and client promotion) purposes may be used in perpetuity.
*Territory: Global
*Term: 2 Years starting from first use date OR shoot date if exclusivity is paid.
*Option to Renew: Initial Term for up to two (2) consecutive 2-year terms each at an additional 115% of the use fee, compounded.
