This educational dramatization is a re-enactment of a real event involving real people. This project is part of a documentary series for broadcast and broadcaster streaming, primarily in Canada.
General Notes:
In addition to the daily rate, talent will receive snacks, drinks, and provided a meal if on set during a meal time. No travel or accommodation will be provided. Each role will be only 1 day on set, and actors will provide their own wardrobe.
The producers will require worldwide in perpetuity image release for this project.

Storyline
A middle-aged woman takes her dogs on a rainy forest walk when one of her dogs runs ahead, and off into the woods. The woman follows the dog off-trail, and finds herself lost. During her excursion, she falls on a slippery log, but continues walking to attempt to find her way back to a trail as long as she can. Exhausted, she lays down and spends the night on the cold and wet forest ground with her dogs nearby. The woman's husband searches for his wife's vehicle and reports her missing.

Description Appearance: The "Woman" is caucasian, has a petite build, chin length light blonde hair with bangs, and light coloured eyes (green eyes are a bonus). She is dressed for a short rainy walk in the forest. (Note: appearance does not have to be an exact match).Role: The woman is walking in the rain with her dogs through a forested area. She follows one of her dogs into the woods off-trail and finds herself lost. There will be a dramatization of her falling on a slippery log, however, there will be NO STUNT work requiring falling down. After walking for quite some time trying to find her way back to a trail, the woman becomes exhausted, and lays down on the forest ground to rest with the dogs nearby. She becomes lost for quite some time. This role will be 1 day on set, and require the actor to be comfortable working / walking with medium-large sized dogs off-leash while outdoors. The dogs will have their own handlers for the project. This shoot day will be exterior shots, does not have scripted dialogue, and will be shot in a stylized manner. | ||
