These projects are professionally produced, edited and showcased in the spring of 2026. This is a chance for actors to connect with Canada’s most exciting emerging talent, both on and off screen. The Comedy Series Lab is an intensive program designed to help racialized comedy creators develop original series for the Canadian and global marketplace. The Lab is supported by Bell Media and Blink49 Studios and run through the Canadian Film Centre.
