Storyline
Nerdy crown princess Alexia “Lex” Vale is hiding in plain sight as a suburban high school senior, determined to get her diploma and be a “normal” teen before she goes home to rule a country that’s already scripted her whole life. That plan dies the second Wesley Becker, Sea Breeze High’s star football player--living under the iron grip of a father who treats him like a future meal ticket--accidentally captures Lex’s suspiciously professional “hall monitors” shutting down a mean girl attack. On the field, Wes is the school’s golden boy. Off it, the camera he hides in his locker is the only place he lets himself imagine a different future. As his photos pull him closer to Lex’s secret and she slowly coaxes the truth out of him about his own buried dreams, their flirty cat-and-mouse game starts to look an awful lot like a real crush--complicating everything for a princess already promised to a prince and a boy whose abusive dad will do anything to keep him on the path he chose.
Roles
| Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
| Lead | ALEXIA “LEX” VALE | Female 18 - 25 Years old |
Description LEAD, $900 USD Per day (6 estimated days of shoot).Female Lead. 18 - 25. Undercover crown princess finishing out a year at an American public high school. Appearance: Polished but trying to blend in. Carries herself with natural poise and “princess posture” even in jeans and a hoodie. Dresses like a Pinterest-perfect version of a normal teen--simple, well-fitted basics, clean sneakers, and the occasional slightly-too-expensive piece that hints at money she’s trying not to flaunt. Opens with her looking nerdy a la Mia Thermopolis pre-makeover, and she eventually undergoes a transformation (sleeker hair, contacts instead of glasses, etc). Personality: Lex is bright, observant, and used to reading a room before she speaks. Years of palace training have made her careful and composed in public, but underneath the protocol, she’s nerdy, curious, and low-key goofy with people she trusts. She’s deeply empathetic and takes her future responsibilities seriously, but she resents how little say she’s had in her own life. Her default coping mechanisms are dry humor and control--if she can’t choose her destiny, she’ll at least color-code the hell out of her planner.

| Lead | WESLEY BECKER | Male 18 - 25 Years old |
Description LEAD, $900 USD Per day (6 estimated days of shoot).Male Lead, 18 - 25, star football player who secretly loves photography and who becomes infatuated with Lex and wants to uncover her true identity. Appearance: Classic “golden boy” jock energy in how he carries himself--confident, athletic build, easy smile that plays well in hallway politics. Lives in team hoodies, worn in jeans, and whatever’s clean in his locker. When he’s sneaking time with his camera, he keeps it low-key: a backpack with his gear tucked inside and a camera strap shoved under a hoodie. Personality: Wes is outwardly laid-back, charming, and quick with a joke. He’s the kind of guy teachers like, and teammates rally around. He’s competitive and driven, but most of that drive has been drilled into him by years of pressure at home. Privately, he’s more thoughtful and sensitive than he lets on. He downplays his creative side because he knows his dad--and the football culture around him--would see it as a weakness or waste of potential. His internal conflict lives between the future everyone else demands from him and the quieter dream he barely lets himself think about. Objective: Stay on track for a football scholarship to keep his dad off his back and live up to the town’s expectations while secretly holding onto his photography enough that it doesn’t die completely. As he grows closer to Lex, that objective shifts: he admits that he might want a future both on and off the field, and he finds the courage to choose that future for himself, even if it disappoints his dad and Sea Breeze.
