A modern young man time-travels into a video game world, becoming a cowboy during the era of the American Westward Expansion and the Civil War. He is forced to take in three female prisoners and bind them to a “favorability system,” which allows him to exchange affection points for modern weapons and skills. Using this system, Joey defeats the local tyrant Bill, the corrupt sheriff Clint, and the notorious Lucky Wolf Gang. Along the way, he amasses wealth through system rewards and rescues a kidnapped woman named Lily, avenging her suffering. In the end, Joey subdues the gang, establishes an arms company, eliminates his enemies, and—with the three women—secures his place in the lawless frontier.
