At the care home, Arvind doesn't recognise her but when he sees the baby, his eyes light up and he calls her "Meera." Meera, confused, realises he's mistaking the baby for her as a child. He starts reliving her entire childhood. Stage by Stage He starts talking about the trophy she won and how proud he was. Meera is stunned she hasn't heard him talk like that in years.
This triggers a memory from her childhood, 7-year-old Meera running home barefoot, with a trophy in her hand, to show her father. The father runs to pick her up and swirl her in the air. but in the background, her mother collapses. Her mother died that night. Her father was never the same. Back in the present. He is not lucid enough for the conversation . He expresses his guilt.
She says "My trophy" placing her daughter in his hands. He begins humming the lullaby he used to sing for Meera. As she leaves, she notices a crayon drawing Arvind made that week a little girl holding a trophy Scribbled at the bottom:
"My Brave Meera"
