This script deals with heavy subject matter that includes: death, murder, blood, use of firearms, PTSD, drug/alcohol abuse. Actors will have to be on set with replica prop firearms, there will be an armor on set.
We can accept union and non-union actors through our student agreement with ACTRA. This is a non-paying student film and no permit is required. Actors will receive a copy of the finished film for their demo reel.

Storyline
Room 206 is a claustrophobic psychological thriller set within the decaying walls of the EveryNight Motel. Donny, a mid-level fixer desperate to escape his past. He checks in with nothing but a duffel bag, a revolver, and a singular goal: the last mess he ever has to clean up. However, when things spiral out of control, he discovers the motel hides horrors far worse than the body propped up in his bathtub. As his medication runs out, Donny’s grip on reality slips, the boundaries between memory, hallucination, and the supernatural collapse. Forcing Donny to confront the demons he's been running from since this all began.
