Storyline
When a local car dealer is found murdered in a way that mimics the plot of Allie’s first novel, she and Andi suspect a copycat killer is on the loose in Founder’s Cove. Their investigation leads them to Norman, an eccentric superfan, who quickly becomes the prime suspect—until another murder, drawn from Allie’s second book, casts doubt on his guilt. As the killer continues re-enacting murders from Allie’s novels, Allie herself becomes the next target, culminating in a car bomb attack that nearly kills her. With help from Andi and Norman, Allie survives, and they begin to suspect the murders may be part of a larger plan tied to local tensions and a possible bank heist.
