Strong abilities to harmonize. Must have general dance abilities to follow to basic choreography (ballroom dancing experience is a bonus!). Must have strong showmanship, charisma, and leading stage presence. Must be professional, hard working, well prepared, takes direction well, a team player and easy to get along with (we are looking for personalities we can do long tours with).
