One partner may ridicule the other based on their opinions or interests. They may also destroy something that belongs to them. A partner may also use intimidation to control aspects of the other's life by making them feel fearful or timid through threats of violence or break-ups. They may also create a sense of dependence, making you feel guilty by telling you how they cannot live without and potentially threatening self-harm if you leave. Inis Diaz- FEMALE Identifying (35-50) (LATINA) Should have a natural spanish/ latino accent. Inis is a longtime employee at Jackson Mining Company. She has personally experienced and witnessed discrimination in the workplace. Inis recounts how people make comments about her accent, and it makes her uncomfortable. Inis gives people the benefit of the doubt and has seen how positive changes are being made but still believes the company has room for improvement. Role will be in the form of a simulated interview, direct to camera.

Spanish Language Role Rosario is a worker at the mine site who has witnessed and experienced workplace discrimination. Role will be in the form of a simulated interview, direct to camera.
