She lives in a poor neighborhood but finds joy in small things, like her pink backpack or the hope of a new birthday jacket. Note: This role requires an actor who can balance youthful excitement with a grounded, protective maturity.

CASHIER #2 Ethnicity: Any (But not Iranian) Description: The store’s floor lead or security-conscious employee. She is direct, firm, and professional. She is the one who notices the discrepancy and confronts Mom, demanding to see her ID and check her bag. She isn't a villain, but she represents the cold reality of the "rules" that Mom has broken.
WOMAN (Immigrant Couple)
WOMAN (Immigrant Couple) Ethnicity: Open Description: An immigrant who speaks English with a heavy accent. She is seen trying on a matching hat and scarf, struggling with the excitement of choice. Her character represents a lighter, more joyful side of the immigrant experience, where she is able to indulge in the "luxury" of choosing both items without the weight of financial fear. Note: This is a minimal-dialogue role that relies heavily on expressive physical acting and the ability to project joy and indecision.
MAN (Immigrant Couple)
MAN (Immigrant Couple) Ethnicity: Open. Description: An immigrant who speaks English with a heavy accent. He is supportive, patient, and affectionate. Watching his partner try on clothes with a smile, he represents the "provider" who has found enough stability to encourage his loved one to "take both" items. He is a foil to the Mom, highlighting the gap between those who are struggling and those who have found their footing. Note: Requires a warm, grounded screen presence.
Vivian Voss
Sharp, poised CEO-in-waiting of GM Group, introduced as a commanding, no-nonsense businesswoman who masks deep trauma behind a cool exterior. Vivian enters a marriage of convenience with “Theo Adam,” insisting she only wants an heir and custody leverage, but gradually falls genuinely in love as she sees his integrity and care for his adopted daughter Elena. Qualified Stunt Coordinator will be present for all stunt scenes. Qualified Intimacy Coordinator will be involved throughout the production and present for all intimacy scenes and choreograph all movements.
Theodore Adams
Heir to the powerful Alpha Group, introduced at a masquerades as a modest mechanic borrowing clients’ suits and cars to look presentable. Single dad to Elena. Juggles secret CEO identity and fake working-class persona, orchestrating an elaborate “stranger” act inside Alpha Group so he can vet GM and Eva while quietly boosting Vivian’s position to CEO. Qualified Stunt Coordinator will be present for all stunt scenes. Qualified Intimacy Coordinator will be involved throughout the production and present for all intimacy scenes and choreograph all movements.
Eva Voss
Vivian’s glamorous but malicious stepsister, fixated on becoming GM Group CEO and securing Alpha Group through marriage to Theodore. Forms a toxic power duo with her mother Isabella and lover Alex, bribing doctors, staging kidnappings, blackmailing, and ultimately plotting murder to eliminate Vivian and Elena. Physical altercations. Qualified Stunt Coordinator will be present for all stunt scenes.

Currently studying at a University in Toronto, she came to Canada alone to pursue her dream .. of something. She is obsessed with three things: film, shisha and crochet. She can spend hours and hours watching, smoking and crocheting. She’s a combination of an old Arab man and a babushka at heart. With the end of the academic year, comes the end of her study permit, but Jana is strangely not anxious about what comes next. She is not much of a planner, she’s all about living in the moment and enjoying this day/this minute. She’s generous and quick to help, but does not accept it as easily. She keeps people at an arm’s length, not because she’s a loner, but because she’s selective and when she lets someone in, it’s usually for life. She doesn’t quite know what she wants to do with her life, but what’s exciting her is finding it out. A wise cracking Wikipedia wannabe with an opinion on everything, he thinks he’s got life figured out. Well, almost everything. He’s still searching for something. Something elusive. He’s not even sure what it is, maybe a higher power of sorts. In the meantime, his dream is to tour the world as a musician. And he’s got the plan to make it happen. Work for a few months, tour for a few months, no strings attached, except the ones on his guitar of course. Oliver (Lead) Age Range: 30s Description: A "devilishly handsome," sophisticated, and charming therapist. He is patient and reassuring but also manipulative, using his position of power to orchestrate scenarios for his patients that cross ethical lines. He is caught between his professional duties and his own growing attraction to Elena. Wardrobe: Look 1: Partial undress (undershirt and trousers) for the opening "shock" scene. Look 2: Sophisticated professional attire (dress shirt and trousers).

Seeking Indigenous actors willing to share their unique spirit, special skills, and represent an Indigenous student P.O.V. as part of the Wild Archaeology series with enthusiasm and genuine interest. Must be First Nations, Métis, or Inuit, and interested in archaeology, anthropology, culture and language revitalization, with deep respect of Elders and Knowledge Keepers. Seeking someone charismatic, with a sense of humour -- perhaps a bit of a trickster or bookworm etc. Must enjoy learning, travelling, and discovering new people/places. Must be able to lend a hand/pitch in when working in archaeological field school environments and be willing to camp/rough it on occasion.
