Hugo is the lead bartender at the Hotel St. James, a sophisticated and discreet Frenchman in his early 40s. Working for Philippe's family, Hugo embodies the professionalism and charm expected in a high-class establishment. Stationed behind the bar, he unintentionally becomes privy to the secrets and private conversations of the hotel's patrons. His position gives him an unintended oversight into Sophia's life, making him a watchful and somewhat intrusive presence. Though Hugo doesn't mean to be an obstacle, his acute awareness and presence behind the bar complicate Sophia's attempts to navigate her personal dilemmas discreetly. Francois is the meticulous and ever-professional hotel manager of the Hotel St. James. He operates with a business-first mindset, serving as the primary conduit between the hotel's operations and its high-profile owner, Philippe. When Philippe is away, Francois assumes full responsibility, becoming the voice, ears, eyes, and mouth of the hotel's management. This role often places him in the uncomfortable position of delivering news and messages to Sophia, making him an unwitting yet pivotal messenger in her story. Missy is a 19 year old first year university student, and Elle’s love interest. They are grunge, too cool for school, and way too cool for Elle. They are a confident, outspoken, arts major. Queer and Non-binary actors are encouraged to apply. Open ethnicity, BIPOC preferred.

She is Sydney's sophisticated cousin. She has spent years honing her social skills to perfection, and can navigate any social situation with ease. She helps Sydney attain her goal of becoming more socially desirable. Age 21.

He is smart, confident, and fashionable. He comes from a very wealthy family. He has been in love with Harriet for many years, but she consistently neglects him. Age 21.
