Mrs. Williams is the perfect mother, friend, and community member. She is praised for her famous red velvet cakes, but it is all built on a lie. Throughout the film, it is revealed that she has taken advantage of her previous foster kids and used their blood to enhance her baked goods. Underneath her flawless persona, she is a greedy, conniving, and clever woman, who would do whatever it takes to upkeep her idyllic life.
