Storyline
When Lucas Miller is on the brink of death, Violet Jones makes an impossible choice to save him agreeing to disappear forever under pressure from Lucas’s powerful mother. Violet is declared dead after a staged crash, and Lucas is left shattered, believing he lost Violet and their unborn baby in a fire.
Seven years later, Lucas returns to the coast city Violet once dreamed of visiting… only to cross paths with a blind, sick Violet in a wheelchair pushed by two children who look at him with fear, not awe.
A broken engraved pistol, a false theft accusation, and a chain of cruel misunderstandings ignite a war between truth and privilege—until Lucas discovers Violet didn’t betray him… she survived him. Now enemies close in, kidnappings escalate, and Violet and the children are pushed to the edge.
Lucas must earn redemption not with money, but with blood, choice, and protection before the family he never knew he had is taken from him for good.
