Storyline
Eli, a timid eleven-year-old boy, discovers Marley, a young deaf girl, reading in his grandmother Alma's bookstore. After Marley accidentally leaves her notebook behind, Eli embarks on a quest to find her and return it, encountering numerous obstacles along the way. Discouraged upon returning home, Alma tries to cheer him up, but their spirits lift when a knock at the door reveals Marley, allowing Eli to return her notebook and forge a heartwarming connection.
