Storyline
The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking a youth performer to play the role of JUNIOR, the younger sibling to our mascot ACE at Toronto Blue Jays home games in stadium at approximately 12 Jr. Jays Sunday games plus occasional other theme days during the regular home game schedule. We are seeking youth with strong dance backgrounds, acting and performing backgrounds are also welcome. Youth aged 7-12 should be submitted via casting workbook. HEIGHT REQUIREMENT: In order to fit the Mascot costume performers must be between 4"2-4'5 at the beginning of the season. This is a PAID opportunity with a flat rate of $150 per game appearance plus an hourly rate for rehearsals leading up to the season start. In addition Junior can be requested to appear at occasional community events on behalf of the Toronto Blue Jays.
