Border2Border Entertainment is seeking DRAG PERFORMERS in the Toronto area for season 4 of the documentary series DRAG HEALS that will take place within outside dates of September 11th to November 30th with filming in Toronto (Church/Wellesley area). Drag Heals is a documentary series following 6 drag artists who participate in an 8 session workshop with award-winning performer and director Tracey Erin Smith of SOULO Theatre. The workshops will culminate in 2 public shows in Toronto.
Each workshop explores soul-deep story sharing techniques as well as the unique talents and skills required from a drag performer in order to help you build a one person show - 5 minutes on stage sharing YOUR story. We invite self-tape submissions from humans of all genders, ages, and ethnicities.
Pay is $250/day for up to 15 days. Talent is not required to be in drag for most days.
