Roles
Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
Lead | Kara Robinson | Female 15 - 16 Years old |
Description 18+ TO PLAY YOUNGER (character written as 15.) Kara Robinson was an average teenager, getting ready one morning for a fun day at the lake with best friend Heather, when she was abducted by serial murderer Richard Evonitz. Immediately, Kara realizes she is in profound danger and a deep instinct to survive kicks in. She adeptly memorizes every detail she can - knowing that when she escapes the clutches of this monster, that information will support his prosecution. She even manipulates her abductor to share personal details about himself, all a conscious effort to survive. Even in the darkest moments of her assault, Kara does not allow herself to doubt for a moment that she will escape and she will survive this ordeal - and she does. After eight-teen hours of captivity, Evonitz falls asleep and Kara bolts for freedom, and the nearest police station. There she recalls every piece of information she can with lucid clarity. Kara’s innate ability to compartmentalize the emotional trauma she endured allows her to function, working with police to identify her assailant. ...Although free, Kara now fights against a less tangible restraint: a sense of fear her mother tries impose upon her. With the same tenacity she fought her captor, Kara fights to regain her dignity, and a normal life. DO NOT SUBMIT ARTISTS WHO ARE NOT EIGHTEEN YEARS OF AGE BY OCTOBER 1, 2022. ...CAUCASIAN.

Recently separated from Kara’s father, Debra tries to support her daughter after the ordeal of her assault, and through the stressful time waiting for police to find and arrest Evonitz. But Debra fails to protect Kara’s privacy, and dignity, as a slew of family friends attend their home to offer well-meant, but misplaced support. CAUCASIAN
