Set in an old Okanagan RV park during the summer of 2003, Goat, a twelve-year-old girl navigates campground friendships while coming to terms with the loss of her dad. “Wild Goat Surf” is along the lines of “The Florida Project” and “Boy” with “Lords of Dogtown” vibes. “Wild Goat Surf” is a character driven, comedic drama exploring the themes of parental loss, the power of friendship, and how our childhoods shape our future. It explores low-income families in the interior of British Columbia and the small struggles faced everyday.
