Roles

SupportingMATTHEW LINOVENMale 25 - 39 Years old
Description
Supporting (Primary Antagonist), $500 USD Per day (3-4 estimated days of shoot).

Antagonist. Male, Late 20s to 30s
Matthew Linoven is Don’s ambitious and manipulative younger brother. He has spent his entire life in the shadow of “the perfect son.” He is charming, impulsive, immature, and sometimes
dangerous without fully intending to be. Matthew wants love and recognition, but instead of asking for them directly, he tries to gain attention through chaos. He believes the family has already decided he is the failure, so he plays the role of the bad boy before anyone else has the chance to hurt him. He is jealous of Don, but he also admires him.

Emotional Core:
Matthew desperately needs to feel that he is worth something — that he is
not just “the less successful brother.”

Casting Direction:
We are looking for an actor with natural charm and unpredictable energy. Someone who can be funny and heartbreaking in the same breath. Caucasian, Brown hair.

SupportingKATHLEENFemale 30 - 39 Years old
Description
Supporting Antagonist, $500 USD Per day (3-4 estimated days of shoot).

Female, 30s.
She is a wildly successful influencer — sharp,
sophisticated, and used to being the most powerful woman in the room.
She is a real villain: glamorous, status-obsessed, drawn to fame, luxury,
diamonds, and gold. She is a dangerous fashion icon — almost
unrealistically beautiful, smart, manipulative, and used to getting exactly
what she wants. She knows how to use charm as a weapon. When Jennifer enters her
world, Kathleen immediately feels threatened — not because Jennifer is more powerful right now, but because Kathleen can sense that Jennifer is more talented and more emotionally authentic than she is.

Emotional Core:
Kathleen is terrified of becoming irrelevant.

Casting Direction:
We are looking for an actress with sharp intelligence and addictive screen presence. It is important that she not feel like a cardboard villain. She should be a real woman with pain, pride, and fear underneath the glamour — but still unmistakably the bad one.
Role typeRoleGender & Age range
SupportingRACHEL LINOVENFemale 50 - 79 Years old
Description
Supporting, $600 USD Per day (5-7 estimated days of shoot).

Female, 50s to 70s. Strong role.
She is Don’s grandmother and the most powerful woman in the family empire. She is intelligent, elegant, and intimidating without ever needing to raise her voice — but at the same time, she is absolutely full of life, joy, humor, and energy. Unlike the rest of the family, Rachel immediately sees something real in Jennifer. She recognizes not only Jennifer’s professional potential, but also the possibility that Jennifer may be the last chance to save Don from the cold, artificial world he grew up in.
Rachel can be ruthless when she needs to be, but her ruthlessness comes from fear — fear of losing the family she built and seeing it fall apart from the inside.

Emotional Core:
Rachel wants to leave behind a real legacy — not just money, but a family that has not emotionally collapsed.

Casting Direction:
We are looking for an actress with natural authority and a regal presence. She must be deeply emotional, very funny, and full of life. She should look sweet and innocent at first glance, but she is absolutely nobody’s fool.

SupportingTIMMale 25 - 39 Years old
Description
Supporting, $350 USD Per day (2-3 estimated days of shoot).

Male, Late 20s to 30s.
He is Don’s personal assistant — charismatic, larger than life, playful, and full of energy. He always feels like someone who is at a party, even in the middle of a workday.
Nick lives inside Don’s world of luxury and fantasy, and unlike Don, he actually enjoys it. He brings comedy, color, and rhythm to the series, but he is also one of the only people who is truly loyal to Don.

Emotional Core:
Nick is a good-hearted hedonist.

Casting Direction:
We are looking for an actor with excellent comic timing, big charisma, and the ability to turn even small lines into memorable moments.
Role typeRoleGender & Age range
SupportingSAMMale 18 - 21 Years old
Description
Supporting, $250 USD Per day (1-2 estimated days of shoot).

Male, (18-21) Younger teen looking.
NOTE: This role is intended to be authentically cast with an actor who is on the autism spectrum. We strongly encourage submissions from neurodivergent actors, particularly actors on the autism spectrum based in the Los Angeles area.
SAM is Jennifer’s younger brother and the emotional reason behind many of her sacrifices. Kind, vulnerable, and deeply appreciative of everything Jennifer has done for him, Sam’s health struggles have forced Jennifer to carry adult responsibilities from a young age. Though his screen time is limited, Sam represents Jennifer’s emotional anchor and the life she is fighting to protect.
He sees the world differently. He notices details that other people miss, remembers things with almost absolute precision, and does not understand fake social games.
His relationship with Jennifer is the emotional heart of the family. She is the person who understands him best in the world, and he is the only person who immediately knows when she is lying to herself.
Casting Direction:
We are looking for an actor with inner truth and gentleness. It is very
important to avoid clichés or exaggerated imitation. The character should
feel human, smart, surprising, and complete — not “the autistic guy,” but a
full person with a rich inner world.
