Storyline
How We Do It is a series where kids of all abilities come together to show viewers how they live their lives. The show explores a range of topics relevant to preschoolers. From handling big feelings, trying new sports, or making friends all is done with a special focus on the disability community. Whenever our hosts need insight or some advice, they call on a diverse group of young guests to help them share, laugh and play!
How We Do It provides a space for children of all abilities to feel seen and heard and teaches kids and adults that ‘disabled’ and ‘disability’ aren’t bad words.

Description
We are seeking a new Co-host to play opposite of Carly, who is a young woman with a limb difference; we are looking for this person to have any kind of intellectual or physical disability to host alongside Carly. These two young adults, along with an emotional support dog Howie (a puppet), run a clubhouse where kids of all abilities come together. This new host should be comfortable interacting with kids (and will need to complete a vulnerable sector background check). Male or non-binary/male presenting (as a compliment to Cary's female energy), any ethnicity.
