Will have a stunt coordinator. Intimacy coordinator will be engaged if requested.
Natasha Estrada (Sally) and Matthew C. Vaughan (Mr. Big Hands) already cast.
Seeking local actors only for this project.
This is a non-union project though they will be running the set professionally, safely, etc. in line with union rules when it comes to stunts, intimacy, safety, on set teachers, etc.
Script has been on Coverfly's The Red List - Top 1% on the platform (from 20,000+ horror projects) (RIP) and Top 10 in the Roadmap Writers short competition.
Film is a proof-of-concept for a feature and will be submitted to genre fests such as Sitges, Fantasia, Fantastic Fest, Beyond Fest, FrightFest UK, and more, as well as SXSW, Austin, Tribeca - more normal leaning fests as the script lends itself to crossing over like this.
Key creatives on board the project have had features and shorts and documentaries at SXSW, Tribeca, and more, have been WIF fellows.

Roles
| Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
| Supporting Lead | IMOGEN | Female 5 - 7 Years old |
Description A sensitive, imaginative and emotionally perceptive young child. Imogen is gentle and slightly anxious, with a rich inner world that blurs the line between imagination and reality. As fear takes hold, she becomes increasingly withdrawn and distressed, carrying the emotional weight of the story. Requires a child actor capable of expressing genuine fear, vulnerability, and quiet intensity. SUPPORTING LEAD. $125/Day. 2-3 Days on Set.Must be comfortable with light horror elements (nothing extreme). Strong ability to take direction and remain present in emotionally heightened scenes. Naturalistic performance style preferred over precociousness. Non-violent role. Some scenes of emotional distress and fear (crying, panic while trapped in the bathroom). Brief moment holding a plastic prop meat cleaver in a playful context (non-threatening, not used violently).
| Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
| Supporting | CLAIRE | Female 7 - 10 Years old |

Her energy brings levity early on, before subtly contributing to the film’s tension. PRINCIPAL ROLE. $125/Day. 1-2 Days on Set.Strong sense of timing and natural playfulness. Ability to balance humor with slightly unsettling undertones. Comfortable with light improv and physicality. Non-violent role. Engages in typical sibling roughhousing and teasing. Locks sister in bathroom as part of play, which contributes to tension but involves no physical harm.
