Roles
Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
Lead | Dr. H | Male 45 - 60 Years old |
Description Early 50s. His ethnicity is Asian, South-Asian, Caribbean, or African. Weathered, authoritative, and sarcastic with a tired gaze that reflects decades in clinical medicine. He carries a dog-eared tutor guide, stained and ripped, that mirrors his jaded view of medical training. Likely dresses practically, maybe even disheveled — someone who values efficiency over presentation. His extensive clinical knowledge is clear, but it is filtered through a cynicism that makes him intimidating. He speaks in a clear, low voice – but his pacing meanders and it sometimes feels as though he’s lost interest mid-lecture, only to rebound with a rapid fire of facts and methodologies. | ||
Role type | Role | Gender & Age range |
Lead | Chris | All 24 - 32 Years old |
Description Late 20s. Striking in appearance — turquoise streak in their hair, stylishly casual clothing dugout of a bin in the back room at Value Village. Keys hang from a carabiner on their belt loop. The fingernail on their pinky finger is painted black. They pull a notepad secured with a leather strap out of their tote bag. It's organized with highlighters of various colours, placed meticulously in a row. Passionate, idealistic, and emotionally intelligent, Chris advocates for harm reduction and sees medicine through a lens of compassion and justice. They carry lived experience or close proximity to marginalized communities. Quick-thinking and competent, but vulnerable to being emotionally shaken when challenged. Their motivation is rooted in belonging and contributing meaningfully to the profession, though they haven’t found their confidence yet. |
