We can accept union and non-union actors through our student agreement with ACTRA. This is a non-paying student film and no permit is required. Actors will receive a copy of the finished film for their demo reel.

Storyline

A mother, Olive, goes to a psychic in hopes of reconnecting with her late husband. It has been a few years since he passed away, and she is broken, craving to see her husband again. Through the psychic, she is finally able to reconnect with him. However, Olive begins to be consumed by this fantasy she is living in and starts to forget the line between real and fake, becoming increasingly distant from her
life and her children, who begin to push back against her and her whims. She is forced to choose between letting him go or letting herself go.

Description Man, early 40s. He loves his wife and cares about his family. But this is the first time he has been able to talk to anyone in over a year and he wants to hold onto that. He is selfish in this desire, wanting to stay with his wife as long as possible.

Description Woman, 70s. She is a quirky woman. She cares about the people who hire her and is extremely passionate about her job. Connecting with people on an emotional level comes easy to her.

Description Girl, 18. She is protective of her family and wants what's best for them. She had to grow up fast after her father died and has taken on more of a caretaker role. She loves her mom but knows that she is taking this too far.
