We can accept union and non-union actors through our student agreement with ACTRA. This is a non-paying student film and no permit is required. Actors will receive a copy of the finished film for their demo reel.

Storyline

Ruman is a new immigrant in Toronto. His job as a photographer in a seedy Photo studio, his pregnant wife, and overbearing family all seem to be eating him up. That is until he meets his new roommate, Shrini.

Description Ethnicity: South Asian Shrini is the antithesis of Ruman’s timid, demure persona. He is outspoken, unapologetically confident and feels very much in control of his life. He is untethered by responsibility and finds great satisfaction in movement and the in-betweenness of things.
