Funded by the Canada Council For the Arts based on her award-winning web series, creator Felicia Simone leads the cast of this indie dramedy series about dating. At this time, production is filming two half-hour episodes as a pilot presentation.

While we are currently casting only for two episodes, we are also hoping to connect with performers who could also participate in the eventual series.

Think "Insecure" meets "Single Drunk Female" meets "Big Mood". This series will be a fun, emotional and entertaining ride, showcasing music and dance performances from local Canadian artists.

Actors must be local hire to Vancouver as production does not have budget for travel/accommodation. Per UBCP ULB guidelines, only Canadian citizens or permanent residents can be considered.

We welcome submissions from both union and non-union actors. Please note that for non-union actors, no permit is required and working on a ULB production does not count as a credit toward Union membership.

All actors who have previously submitted self-tapes for ELLIOT are *still being considered* and there is no need to resubmit. We are looking to see additional options skewing a bit older. If an actor was previously submitted but *did not* submit tape, feel free to resubmit. Actors who have already auditioned for another role are also welcome to submit for ELLIOT as well. Please note casting is still in progress for ALL roles.
