Storyline
Petra, a 30-year-old Mexican-Canadian woman, is in for a rude awakening as her family bursts into her bedroom bearing a birthday cake while singing Las Mañanitas! Petra and her family subsequently take off to review their game plan for Petra’s spiral of never ending blind dates. Initially, Petra indulges in her Mama’s crazy garage set-up dating antics, until she realizes her heart truly belongs to Alex, the man who loved her enough to wait for her.
