Thank you for submitting to "RF STUDIOS". Our platform is brand new and we aim to teach real life lessons to our audience. Our short films are a half-day shoot, they occur over 7 hours from beginning to end. They are distributed to our social media channels and seen mostly by an American Audience. ===> Who are we looking for?

1. We're looking for ACTRA and ACTRA apprentices that are looking to stay sharp, do lead roles (as all of our films are leads with 3-4 actors) who have a little bit of time to spare to continue building up their reels.

2. We're looking for actors that GENUINELY want to change the world through their performances.

3. Actors who will be in Montreal on those dates. (By submitting yourself or your talent, you are confirming that you or your talent would be in Montreal on those dates.)

4. Actors that are available for a 1-hour table read done virtually

Description LEAD – DANITRA – 30s: Danitra is a young and vibrant petite African American whose appearance reflects a well-kept and elegant style. She is assertive in standing up for herself, and empathetic towards others. She is initially portrayed as a wife in a lavish lifestyle, but later goes through a transformation of self-discovery, stands up against deceit, and seeks authenticity in relationships. She confronts her husband, Chad, and exposes his deceit, challenging his belief that all powerful and wealthy men cheat. She eventually leaves the comfort and familiarity of her marriage and wealthy lifestyle to pursue her own happiness and authenticity.

Colby faces challenges in running his business, dealing with demanding clients, and overcoming stereotypes and prejudices based on his socioeconomic background and race. He begins as a successful but humble business owner, focused on building his company and maintaining his integrity despite external pressures. Colby's character reaches a turning point when he stands up to Chad and asserts his worth, showcasing his strength and moral compass. WARDROBE: 1. Delivery Driver Attire 2. He has a clean-shaven face and his hair is styled in a sophisticated manner. Chad carries himself with an air of confidence and authority, often displaying a sense of entitlement due to his wealthy status. He has a tendency to be controlling and dismissive towards others, especially those he considers beneath him. Chad's external conflicts primarily revolve around his relationships with others, especially his wife Danitra. This conflict arise from his deceitful behavior and manipulation of those around him. Chad experiences a downfall in his personal and professional life, ultimately realizing the consequences of his actions and expressing regret for his deceitful behavior. WARDROBE: 1. She faces the consequences of her actions, particularly in relation to Danitra discovering the affair between her and Chad.
