We can accept union and non-union actors through our student agreement with ACTRA. This is a non-paying student film and no permit is required. Actors will receive a copy of the finished film for their demo reel. Meals will be provided on set.
Storyline
Jellal (12) in hopes to understand his older brothers upbringing, learns about the trauma dealt to him through his visit with their grandfather. This leads both brothers to open up to one another about what they have been taught around strength and manhood.

Description Filipino male. Rather quiet, very observant for his age, to him self and introverted, possesses a very sensitive soul and generally holds in a lot of what he feels. He is willing to forgive Ario and the in-and- out tension arising between them. Deep down he really wants an older brother. He is very perceptive but like all boys needs time to share what he thinks as he is learning to express himself. | ||

Description Filipino male. A moderately outgoing but reserved around his little brother Jellal. Ario loves reading and although he is emotionally perceptive to others, is unable to express what it is he feels due to past trauma with his grandfather. This inability has created a barrier in his relationship with his little brother. At certain moments, he can lose his temper and hurt Jellal. Later in the story he develops a desire to become vulnerable for the first time. | ||
