As a white man, he is sympathetic to the victims of Vince's scams, including Alexandra. His goal is to bring Vince to justice and protect the community from his fraudulent activities. Officer Jenkins is motivated by a sense of duty, a desire for justice, and empathy for victims like Alexandra.
