This is a student film. Rehearsals will be every Friday from 6 pm to 3 pm via Zoom. Shooting will be on Saturdays from 9 am-3 pm and on Sundays from 9 am-2 pm. Meals will be provided. Please contact me at awickedchoicefilm@gmail.com.
Storyline
Logline - When his cancer ridden mother is approved for medically assisted death, a young son must confront his deepest fear so that she doesn’t die alone.

Description Cristian Fox - Cristian is a young black man in his late 20s - early 30s. He’s very close to his mother Catherine, and has been her primary care giver for the last 6 years. While generally very friendly and easy going, Cristian has become more short tempered and closed off since Catherine got approved for medically assisted death. Her dying is something Cristian simply can handle. | ||

Description Catherine Fox - Catherine is an older woman in her early to mid-60s. Her ten-year battle with cancer has taken a heavy toll on her, but despite that, she is kind-hearted and has a wicked sense of humour. After recently getting approved for medically assisted death, Catherine has been in very high spirits and even more Jokey than usual, the way someone gets they’re looking forward to an upcoming event. Catherine is frustrated with Cristian's seeming lack of interest in the procedure. Ethnicity doesn’t matter. | ||
