NOTES :
Delivery to be 'authentic', spontaneous, and simple. These are emotional stories but we are looking for a grounded delivery. See link for example of tone.

Katie Solbodan- FEMALE Identifying (35-50) Katie works as a mining clerk. She is a commanding presence and is very good at her job but is deeply troubled by the culture of the company. Katie has personally experienced and witnessed discrimination in the workplace. She has seen positive changes but still thinks the company has a long way to go.

Inis recounts how people make comments about her accent, and it makes her uncomfortable. Inis gives people the benefit of the doubt and has seen how positive changes are being made but still believes the company has room for improvement.
