Storyline
Meat market is a 50-minute one-act play about a young queer person and their journey of exploring their sexuality and gender identity in an odd but common way... online. The main character turns to queer dating/ hookup apps to see what's out there for them, and it's bleak. Met with outlandish but oddly realistic characters, they find themselves scared but intrigued. The play is raunchy, funny, and relatable. Meat Market is part of the Hamilton Fringe Festival.
