Storyline
Synopsis/ Storyline: SHANNON (mid-40s) drags CARLY (7), her foster child, into a restaurant, cruelly denying her food and berating waitress SABRINA (30s). Social worker MS. STEINBERG arrives, observing Shannon’s abusive behavior. With Sabrina’s help, Steinberg confronts Shannon and rescues Carly, promising her a safer home and reuniting her with her sister, finally freeing Carly from Shannon's neglect.
