Description
40-60s black / BIPOC male, heavy-set, built like a bear. Think Uncle Phil (James Avery) from Fresh Prince or Rod Williams (Lil Rel Howery) from Get Out but older. He is a tough, working class, veteran security guard.

Q is the head of security at an art gallery. Q has recently been considering B, one of his workers for a promotion.

Q is a hard working man, very by the book and direct. He calls things out exactly as he sees it, but always with a lighthearted, hilarious sarcasm. He’s worked for everything he has and none of it came easy. He has a fatherly wisdom that makes him a mentor figure - without even trying to be.
