Storyline
Inspired by the real story of Inuk woman, Nancy Columbia Eneutseak.
In 1911, 18-year old Nancy Columbia Eneutseak, making history as the first Indigenous screenwriter, sees her film on the big screen for the first time. Her first films have been lost to time, but here, for a moment, we are invited to celebrate her achievement as we watch her reaction to seeing her work publicly presented.

Description
[INUK] Nancy is around 18 years old, bright, loving, creative, and fearless. A quiet soul but a bold artist and performer. She takes her time to warm up to people, and is not blind to the ways in which she is looked down upon, but she trusts her vision and that of her ancestors to help her rise above. Her personal style might be a blend of 1910s fashion with traditional Arctic dress.
