Storyline
This production consists of three 30-45 min cabarets and runs every night from May- September.
The cast features 2 singers, 2 musicians and 4 dancers
There are 3 different shows each night:
• a gold rush themed show set in 1898 featuring can-can dancing and ragtime music
• a classy cabaret, featuring notable jazz/modern hits with a vintage feel
• a through the decades show, featuring the biggest hits of the past 70 years.
The singers will be responsible for MCing and singing the three shows.
Fly to Dawson between May 11- 13 (dependent on available flights)
Fly home: September 22-24th
Performances: May 20th- September 21st
This is a unique experience on a the biggest stage in town, in the history gold-rush-era town of Dawson city. The land of the midnight sun. Perks include seeing the northern lights and experiencing summer surrounded by nature in beautiful northern of Canada. Summers are warm.

Description Looking for a male-presenting singer to play Mertie, the male vocalist/MC in the cabarets. Songs include Fly Me to The Moon, Drops of Jupiter, Backstreet Boys, American Pie, Lil Boo Thang, ABBA, On Broadway and others. Playing piano and/or guitar and/or drums a plus but not required. For actors who play piano or drums, weekly work days is 5 x week Also possibility to assist backstage on days off (only if that appeals) Other work opportunities available in Dawson during the summer season for off days, if interested. | ||
