Storyline
A group of incompetent and narcissistic employees work for local tabloid-based publication, The Buzz Room.With a dwindling budget, the team never ceases to stoop too low to garner success for the page - at whatever cost.

Description [KHALIL] ACTOR MUST BE 18+. CHARACTER IS A MAN, MID THIRTIES, MIDDLE EASTERN OR BIRACIAL. Khalil is the owner and sole operator of Khalil’s, the shawarma counter below the office building. His business is the sole sponsor that keeps The Buzz Room afloat. He’s pathetic, but shameless. The only reason Khalil partners with Taylor is because he’s always felt as if he should’ve pursued show-business instead of the shawarma-business. He sees The Buzz Room as an opportunity to fulfill his lifetime aspirations of becoming an onscreen personality. Despised by all the employees, Khalil believes his only chance to infiltrate The Buzz Room is to manipulate Taylor by threatening to withdraw his sponsorship. | ||
