Description
early 30s, Works as a welder on a construction site. A man who has seen a lot of bullshit in his time and has come out the other end. His demeanour is part way between calm and exhausted. He does his job well but doesn’t define himself by what he does. He is a religious man, and makes an active attempt to interpret his situation through his understanding of the gospels. This leads to him pursuing internal validation and satisfaction, and being sceptical of materialism and the idea that one should “better” oneself. All the same, Jeffrey is not afraid to argue his point, if for no other reason than to get his ideas clear in his own mind.

When someone’s disrespecting or has lost their temper, Bill is there to match their energy and escalate the situation. Bill’s dissatisfaction with life runs deep. He wears his blue-collar existence with unease, and imagines himself as a CEO. This leads to him being a wheeler-dealer, who is notorious for pursuing all sorts of half-baked get-rich-quick schemes.

LeadRonaldMale 30 - 39 Years old
Description
30s, A middle-manager working for a major financial firm. Ronald’s daily schedule is set in stone, a testament to his belief in self-discipline and self-improvement. Every interaction for Ronald is a sparring match, an attempt to “win” every conversation, even when the other participant is not aware they’re in a battle. He is a pure stoic, repressing his emotions unless he thinks they will win him some advantage. This competitive nature masks a deep unease, a constant aching feeling that if he loses the respect he believe he has earned, that his entire sense of self will collapse with it. For Ronald, vulnerability and indiscipline are cardinal sins.
